What This Service Is

This service covers data entry only. I take the certificate information you provide and enter it into your existing CPSC Product Registry account and product collections. I do not create certificates, determine compliance, or verify that your products meet CPSC requirements — that work should already be done before this service begins.

What You're Responsible For Providing

- An active CPSC Product Registry account
- Product collections already created within that account
- A current Children's Product Certificate (CPC) or General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for each product
- Trade Partner access to your account, granted to **safety@mistyhenrypcs.com**, with permissions covering the relevant product collections

The Intake Check

Before any entry work begins, I'll do a quick check to confirm the above is in place. If something's missing — no account, no collections, or certificates that look incomplete — I'll let you know before any work starts and point you toward the right service instead. You won't be charged for work that can't begin.

What I Don't Do

- I don't verify or certify that your products comply with CPSC regulations. That responsibility, and all certificate-related liability, stays with you as the importer — regardless of who has account access or performs data entry.
- I don't perform the "certify" action inside the Product Registry on your behalf, under any circumstance. Once your data is entered and ready, you (or someone you've personally authorized) will need to log in and complete that step yourself.
- I don't file anything through ACE, communicate with your customs broker, or handle any part of the CBP entry process. That stays between you and your broker.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from when I confirm everything needed is in place. Rush turnaround (48 hours) is available for an additional $50.

If Something Changes

If a product's manufacturing details, certificate, or compliance status changes after entry, the Registry entry needs to be updated to match. That's a separate service ($10 per product) — this service covers entry of what's accurate and current at the time of purchase, not ongoing maintenance.
