We use Claude (by Anthropic) for various administrative and business development tasks. Through enabled integrations known as Claude Connectors, Claude may access information such as names, email addresses, and general demographic data for purposes such as market research and business administration. This access is limited to what is necessary for these operational purposes. No personal information accessed through these tools is sold or transferred to any third party.

8. Data Retention
We retain your name and email address in connection with purchase records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for accounting, tax, and legal compliance obligations, or until you request deletion as described in Section 9. Communications sent to or received from you may be retained until a deletion request is received and fulfilled.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Deletion Requests
Regardless of your country of residence, you have the right to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you that is directly within our control. To exercise this right:
• Submit a written deletion request to us via the contact method listed on our website
• Your request must include your full legal name and the email address associated with your account or purchase
Company reserves the right to request additional information to verify identity prior to deletion.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete all personal information and communications within our direct access and control within 30 calendar days. We will send you one final confirmation email in reply to your request, notifying you that deletion has been completed. That confirmation email will itself be deleted within 24 hours of sending.
If you are on any current subscriptions or payment plans, they will become automatically void and you will immediately lose access to such services and products attached.
After deletion, you will no longer receive updates to previously purchased products.
Please note: We do not control the data stored by third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Kit, Google, PayPal, or Stripe). Deletion of data held by those platforms must be requested directly through each provider’s privacy or data deletion process. We are unable to submit those requests on your behalf.
9.1 Additional Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. 9.2 Additional Rights for EU/UK/EEA Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
