      When you import children's products into the US, you're the one who officially certifies them. Since July 8, 2026, that certificate data is file electronically with every shipment.

      I'll write your Children's Product Certificate, ready for the CPSC Product Registry so that entering data becomes a matter of copying fields over, not decoding regulations.

      How many certificates do I need?

      One certificate covers one product from one manufacturer. Sizes and colors of that same product can share a certificate and anything else that differs gets its own.

      • A cotton romper in 6 sizes and 4 colors = 1 certificate
      • That romper plus a matching bonnet = 2 certificates
      • That romper made in two different factories = 2 certificates

      Have these ready before you buy.

      • Your factory's name, street address, email, and phone number.
      • Lab reports for this product from a CPSC-accepted lab (your report or your factory's covering exactly your product).

      What this service doesn't include.

      • This service writes your certificate. It does not enter the data into the CPSC Product Registry, file it into ACE, verify your lab reports, or handle customs.

      What happens after I pay?

      1. You'll get an email with a link to my intake form.
      2. Fill out the form and upload (or email) any lab reports.
      3. I'll write your certificate an email it to you as a Word document within 7 business days (Mon-Thursday schedule), or 3 business days with Rush service. Your turnaround starts once I have your completed form and documents.

      Good to know

      • Your certificate cites the CPSC rules in effect on the date I write it.
      • I build your certificate from the information and documents you provide. I don't test products or verify test reports or supplier statements and a written certificate is not a guarantee that your products comply with CPSC regulation. As the certifier, you remain legally responsible for everything on your certificate (16 CFR §1110.15). Please review it before you use it.
      • Any missing information (such as test reports or supplier statements) will be indicated on your certificate as applicable.
      • Because each certificate is custom work, this service is non-refundable.
